External steps leads to private patio area and entrance. All on the first floor.

Kitchen area with electric cooker, microwave and fridge (with ice box).
Bedroom with double bed.
Bathroom with shower over bath, and toilet.
Private balcony area with seating.
Gas underfloor central heating included and electricity by £2 meter. Use of a washing machine available on site. Private parking for 2 cars.
